BondNow groups are created and managed by an Admin, usually the family member setting up the device for their elderly parent. The Admin controls group settings and invitations, ensuring the environment remains secure and trusted.
If you’re invited to a group, you don’t need to pay. You automatically receive a Free Plan and enjoy all features enabled by the Admin’s subscription level. You can still create your own basic group or upgrade later if you want to manage premium features for your own household
Yes. BondNow is built with accessibility in mind.
You can create their profile using the admin member's email. Both you and the handsfree user will then log in using the auto-generated usernames sent during setup.
Yes. You can add several hands-free users to the same group. Each of them will receive incoming calls. This is especially helpful for their friends and families who have same struggle as them.
To ensure the experience to is truly effortless and the software runs perfectly, we highly recommend using our dedicated tablet. The tablet is fully managed remotely which is locked down to only run our preinstalled bondnow app. It also ensures the memory photo frame is always running. Finally it removes any distraction and confusion for the handsfree user who are not comfortable with complexity of a smart phone.

When the tablet is shipped to user we purposely configure it in relax mode with some restriction so that user can configure Wifi. After this step completed admin user shall inform us via email or whatsapp and the tablet will then be locked down. We have the ability to remotely lock and unlock the tablet.
onventional apps are not built with accessibility in mind and are only a communication app. BondNow is more than just that. It is handsfree app with auto-answering, caller's name announced loudly, photo frame and reminder scheduler - all done remotely by family living far from their loved ones.
Currently, the call is directed specifically to the designated handsfree/elderly users' device. Other family members in the group won't be rung simultaneously like a conference call and only receive a notification. They can choose to join the call from the group. This ensures the connection is direct and focused on the person who needs care the most.
Since it uses face recognition to accept the call, Android and Apple security policy prevents face recognition module to be used when app is closed or in background. We are working on making face recognition optional where calls are answered automatically after 10 seconds ( stay tuned).
Recently sent Photos and videos are stored for 7 days and after that Bondnow will keep latest 20 media on a rolling basis.
Yes, on first run the video is played with sound and then is muted after that. This is to avoid disturbance to the handsfree user as they might be doing a nap or sleeping.
