Please review the pilot participation terms below. To apply for a pilot place, you must confirm you have read and agree to these terms.
This pilot is a collaborative effort to enhance resident wellbeing through meaningful connection. By agreeing to participate, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. The pilot will run for 8 weeks. BondNow will provide a formal “Pilot Completion” notice two (2) weeks before the scheduled end date.
All BondNow devices and accessories provided are, and shall remain, the sole property of BondNow. A fully refundable holding deposit is required per device. In the event of loss or significant damage to the equipment while in the healthcare provider’s care, BondNow reserves the right to withhold the deposit to cover replacement costs.
To ensure a high-quality experience for residents, the healthcare provider is responsible for providing a stable Wi-Fi connection. BondNow is not liable for service interruptions caused by local network instability.
BondNow will provide dedicated technical and non-technical support to the healthcare provider throughout the pilot. All equipment-related issues should be reported directly to BondNow via the dedicated support channel.
By signing up for this pilot, the healthcare provider gives consent for their contact details to be securely stored for future partnership communications. Following the pilot, if the healthcare provider chooses not to continue the service, all resident and staff accounts will be deactivated and data will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
By participating, the healthcare provider agrees to share regular feedback via short surveys and provide testimonials or reviews upon request. You agree that any suggestions or innovations shared during the pilot may be used by BondNow to improve the platform for the wider care community.
The device is intended for social engagement. It is not a medical alert system or a replacement for clinical monitoring. All parties agree to use the video features in a manner that respects the privacy and dignity of the residents.
Upon completion, all devices must be returned to BondNow. BondNow will generate a prepaid shipping label and email it to the healthcare provider once the pilot concludes. Once the equipment is received and verified, your holding deposit will be refunded in full.
