Choose one resident to start

Pick one resident and their family where the difference will be visible and real. We can help you choose if you’re unsure.

Simple agreement

Sign a straightforward pilot agreement. A refundable device deposit is required. If you choose not to continue, we arrange free collection of the device.

Device arrives ready to use

Ships pre-configured. Connect to Wi‑Fi, log in, and it’s live. One short onboarding session (remote, about an hour).

Families and carers join the circle

Invite family members and carers to one shared circle. Families can call the same day.

Fortnightly check-ins

A quick call or message from your dedicated contact. What’s working, what isn’t, and what would make it better.

Review at 8 weeks you decide

Review connection activity, family feedback, and operational impact. Continue, expand, or end no automatic billing.
