How to delete your BondNow account and your personal data.
You have the right to request the deletion of your BondNow account and all associated personal data at any time. This page explains how to do so.
Your account and personal data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
If you cannot access the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us at info@bondnow.net with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”. Please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your name, email address, phone number, usage history, and any other personal data associated with your account. Photos shared through your groups will also be deleted. Call logs are not stored by BondNow and are therefore not subject to deletion requests.
We may retain certain data for a limited period where required by law, including records necessary for tax or legal compliance purposes. This data will be securely deleted as soon as retention obligations have been fulfilled.
