Your children barely know their grandmother. That is fixable.

You get home once a year if you are lucky, and every visit your kids have to be reintroduced to someone who loves them. BondNow puts your family on her screen every day, across whatever number of timezones sit between you.

Distance is not really the problem

Flights are expensive, but that is not what is eroding the relationship. This is.

The timezone makes every call an event

Your evening is her middle of the night. So calls get scheduled, and scheduled calls get postponed, and eventually they happen once a month.

She cannot work the app you set up

You installed something on your last visit and talked her through it twice. It has not been opened since you got on the plane.

Your kids are growing up without her

Every year the reintroduction gets more awkward. They are polite to a stranger, and you can see her notice it.

Send a moment now. She sees it when she wakes.

The screen in her home shows photos and videos from everyone in the circle, arriving as you share them. Your son's football match at nine at night your time is waiting on her screen with her breakfast. Nothing had to be scheduled and she did not have to be awake.

  • Share across timezones without either of you being available at the same moment
  • When you do call, it connects on its own, so there is no missed ring at a strange hour
  • Cousins, aunts and siblings in other countries all join the same circle
  • Her own radio station, from home or from wherever she is, playing on schedule

Why this works better than a weekly video call

Children are terrible at scheduled calls

Ask a seven year old to sit still and talk to a screen and you get thirty painful seconds. Let them send a ten second video of a drawing and they will do it three times a week. That is what builds a relationship.

She is present in your life, not updated about it

Small ordinary moments arriving through the week are worth more than one long call where you both perform being fine. That is the difference between being informed and being close.

Questions from families abroad

Can you ship it to her country?

Yes. The device ships internationally and calls work from anywhere, so you can order it from where you are and have it delivered to her.

Who sets it up if none of us are there?

It arrives configured. Whoever is with her when it is delivered, a neighbour, a sibling or a carer, sets one password once, and that takes about a minute. Everything after that you do from the app on your own phone, from wherever you are.

Does it work in her language?

The radio works with stations in any language, from anywhere in the world, which for many families is the single most valued part. Callers' names are announced as you enter them, so they are spoken the way she knows them.

How many people can join?

There is no limit, and it is one subscription for the whole family however many of you there are and whatever countries you are in. Several people can be on the same call together.

Is it a monitoring or emergency system?

No. BondNow is not a monitored alarm service and not a medical device. It does not call 999 or any local emergency number and it does not detect falls. Please arrange local support for that separately.
